Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for materials equipment and services required for projects and daily operations
- Request and analyze supplier quotations; negotiate prices and commercial terms
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
- Identify new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Collaborate closely with the technical tendering and logistics departments to ensure an efficient operational flow
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase proposals based on requirements
- Maintain and update the supplier database with relevant product and pricing information
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in procurement preferably in a technical/industrial field
- University degree (preferably in Economics or Engineering)
- Strong negotiation organizational and planning skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- English language intermediate level (spoken and written)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAGA SAP Navision) is a plus
