We are seeking a an individual to join our team to support clients in planning vacations business trips and events. This role involves client engagement travel coordination and problem-solving in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel goals and design itineraries
- Book flights hotels cruises tours car rentals and event tickets
- Deliver high-quality service from planning to post-travel follow-up
- Use web-based booking platforms and supplier systems to manage reservations
- Support clients with changes cancellations and special requests
- Stay updated on travel trends destinations and industry resources
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
