JOB SUMMARY:
The Integration Management Specialist will play a key role in managing and improving client API integrations acting as a bridge between external clients and internal teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as a helpful and reliable point of contact for integrating clients regarding technical integration matters.
2. Participate in and support client meetings including kick-offs system walkthroughs and coordination sessions ensuring clear communication and understanding.
3. Collaborate effectively with internal IT Business and Compliance teams to facilitate the timely and successful delivery of integration solutions aligned with client needs.
4. Actively seek opportunities to improve and automate existing integration processes and workflows.
5. Clearly communicate the status of integration projects including progress updates and any potential challenges to both clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Prepare clear and concise reports on client integration status for various stakeholders.
7. Assist in tracking and resolving client technical requests or escalated issues during and after integration.
8. Continuously learn and develop expertise in our systems integration methods and relevant technologies.
9. Perform other related functions as assigned to support business needs and your professional growth.
10. Contribute to the onboarding of new team members by providing an overview of the teams function structure and place within the organization.
JOB COMPETENCIES/SPECIFICATIONS:
1. API Familiarity: Foundational understanding of API concepts (REST JSON etc.) and the ability to read and interpret API documentation.
2. API Tools Exposure: Some hands-on exposure to API tools like Postman for understanding testing or troubleshooting API functionality is required.
3. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to system integration system setup and testing and communicate them effectively.
4. Client Interaction: Experience or demonstrated aptitude for interacting professionally with clients or external partners in a technical context.
5. Problem-Solving & Initiative: An intuitive approach to identifying potential issues and a proactive mindset towards learning and finding solutions. Keen interest in process improvement and automation.
6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks pay attention to detail and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent listening and comprehension abilities coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work effectively within a team and across departments.
9. Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with online casino systems or similar transactional platforms is an advantage but not required.
10. Experience: Atleast 3 years of relevant working experience.
11. Educational Background: Holds a bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology Engineering) OR possesses equivalent practical experience demonstrating the required skills and aptitude. We value potential and a willingness to learn.
