Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients initiating contact and generating high-quality leads to support the business development pipeline.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through online platforms databases and social media
  • Contact prospects via cold calling emails and LinkedIn to introduce products/services
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the lead database regularly with accurate information
  • Collaborate with the teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with leads through calls or emails to nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead targets
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on lead generation efforts


Requirements

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Persistent resilient and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in lead generation telesales or customer outreach is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn email marketing tools or lead databases is desirable
