Job Description

As a BCaBA youll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey.
Compensation & Incentives Earn a base salary of $75000$80000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1000/month) and a $10000 signing bonus.

What Youll Do as a BCaBA:
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centrias assent-based child-centered philosophy
