JOB SUMMARY
The Technology Support Specialist is responsible for answering technology questions on the phone and in person. This position performs a wide variety of diagnostic inspections and repairs on computer hardware and software. The Technology Support Specialist installs maintains and troubleshoots networks operating systems and application software. This position performs instruction help and troubleshooting on microcomputer and software problems.
*Requires 1-2 years experience working in technology support demonstrated experience working with common desktop and web applications troubleshooting network and end user issues.
