Job Summary
The Associate Project Coordinator assists the project management team with the needs of project related support associated with both Custom Switchgear and Advanced Electrical Services (AES) product lines.
What You Will Do
Assist the project management team by supporting project and production needs including material ordering shipping coordination documentation and other project-related tasks as required
Track progress against program schedules and goals and help develop solutions to address program-related issues
Coordinate customer visits factory witness testing training sessions and conference room arrangements
Organize catering meals and provide recommendations for hotels restaurants and other local amenities
What You Have
Business Acumen: Basic understanding and knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the companys business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Process Management: Basic understanding and knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand monitor update control or enhance existing business or work processes.
Collaborating: Basic understanding and knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Effective Communications: Basic understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Basic understanding and knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Additional Information
This position is located in Alpharetta GA and requires you to work a 5-day-a-week schedule on-site
This role does not offer relocation
Less than 10% travel expected with this role

Summary Pay Range:
$71040.00 - $106440.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
