Schedule installations with technicians and subcontractors
Maintain and monitor project schedules and work hours
Follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings
Assist with forecasting and generate purchase orders for subcontractors
Track equipment and coordinate with internal teams for verification
Adjust project schedules based on delays or changes
Follow up with field teams to ensure timely job closures
Send updates to project stakeholders on open installations
Ensure proper job sign-offs and completion of close-out documentation
Update CRM with completed installation work orders
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and changes
Participate in construction and coordination calls as needed
Qualifications :
Experience in the Physical Security Industry
2 year of experience in a similar coordination or scheduling role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet (or similar tools)
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
