We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a critical role in identifying engaging and hiring top-tier talent for the IDEMIA Secure Transactions (IST) Division. This role is based in Bucharest Romania.
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Lead of the IST Division the Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers build robust talent pipelines and deliver a seamless candidate experience. expertise in recruitment and dedication to excellence will ensure we bring the right talent to our team.
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and extending offers.
-Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
-Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent.
-Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and providing timely feedback.
-Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates including leveraging social media job boards employee referrals and networking events.
Stakeholder Collaboration
-Act as a trusted TA Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs define job requirements create tailored recruitment strategies.
-Collaborate with local HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
-Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress market trends and challenges.

Candidate Engagement
-Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates creating talent pipelines for future opportunities.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback.
Process Optimization
-Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track and improve hiring metrics.
-Implement best practices in talent acquisition ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
-Stay informed on labor market trends and recommend strategies to address hiring challenges.
-Providing training and Induction for new joiners in TA team; (for Senior TA Specialist )
Employer Branding
-Promote the organizations culture and values to position it as an employer of choice in internal and external market . (TA Newsletter Irefer Internal Mobility Career -Week Internal and external events DEI Campaigns )
-Represent the company as an Brand Ambassador to increase brand visibility.

Recruitment Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a recruiter with a strong focus on the Hi-Tech and techno-functional industries.
Talent Acquisition: Proven ability to source attract and hire top technical and non-technical talent across various functions and levels.
Tools & Platforms: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools and platforms.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws compliance standards and best practices in recruitment processes.
Diversity & Inclusion: Well-versed in implementing diversity and inclusion hiring strategies to build equitable and high-performing teams.
Languages: Fluent in English (Advanced); Proficient in French (Intermediate to Advanced).
