Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Acquisition: Pitch services explain onboarding requirements support documentation needs and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately update customer information in Airtable Uber and internal trackers; ensure customers are marked Registered & Ready for Training.
Onboarding Support: Guide customers through onboarding upload required documents and address inquiries for a smooth experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified customers and track their progress to avoid drop-offs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance Validation and Training teams for seamless customer handovers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms (e.g. Airtable Uber systems) is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
