Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Logistic Assistant who is eager to start their journey in the Transport domain gain in-depth knowledge about logistics and accelerate their professional growth with XL opportunities!
You will:
- Learn to work with various documents and manage transport records in internal TMS (Transport Management System).
- Provide administrative support to Transport teams in terms of contract legal compensation and benefits.
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives related to Transport and Logistics activity
- Support our digitalization process by scanning all CMRs and attaching them to the correct order from internal Transport Management System
