Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion ensuring all elements run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning organizing and executing events of various scales.
Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality services.
Manage event schedules timelines and budgets under the supervision of the Event Manager.
Prepare event materials presentations and promotional items.
Support onsite event operations including setup registration and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records and provide post-event reports.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support (internships included).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus
