Job Description

This position sits in ourMarketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data technology creative content and paid media to crack brands business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns augmented reality and chatbots. Our clients include JustEat Takeaway The Macallan easyJet TikTok and eBay.

JOB PURPOSE

Whether its scouting rising stars on TikTok analysing viral moments or brainstorming innovative ways to use creators in campaigns that defy the ordinary your creativity knows no bounds. Join us in shaping the future of influencer @ DEPT we are looking for a candidate who not only possesses strong analytical and strategic skills but also has a genuine passion for Influencer Marketing and social media trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Delivery: Utilise your expertise to ensure seamless high-impact influencer campaign delivery. Track and optimise campaigns for strong client returns.
  • Client Roadmap Development: Strategically shape and evolve the client roadmap nurturing long-term relationships while identifying reactive opportunities.
  • Senior Client Relationships: Own and deepen senior client relationships acting as a key escalation point and providing regular engagement to support Client Service & Creative teams in account growth strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Creative & Paid Social teams to maximise campaign performance and champion the influencer product across business functions.
  • Process Implementation: Develop implement and refine guidelines and resource planning to enhance operational efficiency where necessary. Collaborate with leadership to address team challenges as they arise.
  • SOW Management: Support wider teams to define accurate profitable SOWs.
  • Team Development: Support and develop your direct reports (3) fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape encompassing different platforms influencer tiers content formats and ROI measurement.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and drive strategic decisions ensuring insights are effectively communicated and leveraged for future initiatives.
  • Reporting Proficiency: Strong reporting skills focused on influencer metrics providing actionable insights that inform clients and elevate campaign success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 years of influencer campaign execution and proven experience in managing at least 2 direct reports.
  • Agency experience is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrable track record of creating and implementing high-performing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to understand and leverage collaboration opportunities with other business lines.
  • A natural problem solver with a proactive approach to client solutions.
  • Confident dynamic and engaging communicator who prioritises quality work and a positive work environment.
  • Passionate about developing influencer team knowledge.
