Are you passionate about driving revenue through data-driven compensation strategies As our Manager of Sales Data Enablement youll be the strategic leader who transforms how we execute multichannel compensation programs across our organization. Youll own the end-to-end enablement process coordinating across cross-functional teams including incentive strategy data engineering vendor software partners marketing project and program management and operations. This coordination ensures accurate timely and scalable compensation delivery that directly impacts business results.
In this role youll manage a team of subject matter experts and report directly to the Consumer PSO Director . Youll oversee compensation programs that affect millions of dollars in sales incentives annually.
