*This position reports directly to an LL5 with regular opportunities to report out to the LL2 Global Director.
Responsibilities
What youll do
- Drive leading and lagging indicators for cost achievement. This includes using analytics working closely with finance to understand what opportunities we have in Status that require closeout what opportunities exist that we know about and what other ideas we can feed in the hopper to further boost our cost achievement. This part of the job works closely with our LL2 Global Director to program manage our process.
- Deliver supplier support through targeted Gemba reviews. In this unique role the Program Management Analyst may have the opportunity to choose sites to help support in our Gemba lean visit plans. This is great learning for those who want to better understand lean principles!
- Co-lead Electrical Architecture Supply Chain support through reviews with Liz Door. Electrical Architecture are fundamental to the Companys success in competing where experiences convenience and connectivity carry the day on customers purchase decisions.
- Support delivery of VHM Quality metrics.
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Analytics experience and an ability to deliver robust leading and lagging indicators on cost.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership.
