Infor SytelineCSI Technical Analyst

About the Role

Our Managed Services Provider (MSP) client is seeking a Mid-Level Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Technical Analyst to join their growing team. This is a dynamic hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across multiple client environments solving complex technical challenges and developing custom solutions in the Infor ecosystem.

Youll be working with both cloud and on-premise SyteLine environments supporting integrations enhancements and performance optimization with exposure to clients in manufacturing government and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enhance and maintain Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP environments across multiple clients.
• Develop custom forms IDOs extensions and components using the Mongoose Framework.
• Create and manage C# and SQL Server-based integrations stored procedures triggers and functions.
• Design implement and maintain RESTful APIs and Web Services to integrate CSI with third-party systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Event Handlers Form Scripts and Workflow Automation.
• Perform data management performance tuning and complex troubleshooting within SQL Server.
• Support Infor ION integrations and BOD (Business Object Document) communications.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide application and system support including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Assist in upgrades testing and cloud migrations as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• 37 years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP (v9 or later).
• Strong proficiency with:
  • Mongoose Framework (Form Design IDOs Components Extensions)
  • Event Handling and Workflow Automation
  • C# .NET and SQL Server
  • API and Web Integration Development (REST SOAP JSON/XML)
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-client fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug test.

Preferred:

• Experience with Infor ION Infor Document Management (IDM) and Infor OS.
• Knowledge of Government Cloud ITAR and DOD compliance.
• Exposure to Infor CloudSuite migration projects or multi-tenant environments.
• Consulting or Managed Services experience supporting multiple clients.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
