Providing support and services to those who live with mental illness and addictions were committed to increasing awareness and addressing the stigma surrounding mental health. We are looking for a post-secondary placement student to join our Corporate Services Team! The student will work with the Fundraising and Events Officer to help raise funds for various programs and initiatives that will help decrease stigma associated with mental illness & addictions. You will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of events (such as Hope in Motion) fundraising assisting in managing donor activities and revenue generation.
The Fundraising and Events Assistant will represent the Agency in a range of community and business settings to help present information in an engaging comprehensive knowledgeable and readily accessible manner to stakeholders staff and clients
Status: Student Placement position geared towards students looking to complete placement hours beginning in Fall 2025.
Salary: Unpaid Placement
Location: This position is based out of our 601- 7700 Hurontario St. Brampton office. Although we operate within a hybrid workplace model staff are required to have on-site and/or community presence as per program and client needs.
