Job Description
Job Role: SAP Basis Administration
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8 years
Must-Have: The candidate should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis Administration.
As an Application Lead you will be responsible for leading the design construction and configuration of applications serving as the primary point of contact. Your daily tasks will include overseeing the application development process ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Collaborate and manage the team to execute tasks
- Responsible for making team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the application development process effectively
- Ensure timely project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure
- Experience in SAP system installations upgrades and maintenance
- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
- Hands-on experience in SAP performance tuning
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
- This position is based at our Mumbai office
- A Graduate with 15 years of mandatory education is required
