Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our social NGO health and care organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for making a positive impact in the community. The Practice Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the organization ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high-quality standards of care. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of the social and healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of services
  • Manage and support a team of dedicated professionals
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the social NGO health or care industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
