Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the social NGO health or care industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
