To provide security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required.
- Protecting the customers employees property and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements.
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas core values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness. (NB: the prospective Security Officer must have acquired the full SIA licence before being able to start work on operational shifts).
- Display an outstanding level of customer service.
- Take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.
- Display the highest standard of personal presentation and smartness of uniform to maintain the image of Securitas and the customer.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.
- Book on at the beginning of each shift and make check calls in accordance with Company policy.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.
- Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority complying with relevant policies procedures and training as provided by the Company.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills
- SIA licence
- Must pass mandatory screening training
- Full UK Driving Licence
- White glove customer service
- Must complete all mandatory training
- Must be flexible
- 3 years experience within the security industry
- Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable history
