Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales department as a Key Account Manager.

Key Account Managers play a critical role in the success of our company by building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued clients. They are responsible for understanding and anticipating client needs negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to ensure our clients success and drive mutual growth.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating deep trusting relationships with strategic regional key clients.
  • Identifying and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Negotiating contracts establishing clear timelines and performance expectations.
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively address any concerns.
  • Spearheading strategic planning to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Presenting with clarity and impact to audiences from Managers to CEOs.
  • Analysing client data to optimise customer relationship management.
  • Expanding our reach by bringing in new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Continuously developing technical product knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
  • Delivering consistent turnover growth and contribute to the achievement of profitable.

Qualifications :

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and planning to anticipate client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to understand client data and improve customer relationship management.
  • Excellent technical product knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver turnover and profit growth.
  • Experience with CRM software PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Full driving licence.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:30 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
