Job Description

Well-versed with recruiting through LinkedIn Naukri and other online job portals: Candidates must have hands-on experience of utilizing all recruiting tools offered by the platform such as posting jobs mass communication creating projects and business analytics.
Knowledge of excel and Success Factor.
Comfortable with conducting pre-screening calls with potential candidates ensuring their interest in the position work location etc.
Extending job offers explaining benefits packages and engaging in salary negotiation
The candidate must be well-connected in the O/G domain and understands the industrys jargon.
Graduate/ Postgraduate with Up to 10 years of experience specifically in energy industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
