Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs for sales service and operational roles.
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards social media networking referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen applicants for skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview and selection process including scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill source effectiveness etc.).
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting experience (insurance financial services or sales recruiting preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills with a knack for finding passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- A hunter mentalityproactive persistent and results-driven.

The expected salary range for this position is between:
$64600.00 - $80900.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
