About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead executive searches within the dynamic world of advertising and marketing. This role will focus on sourcing top talent for a wide range of creative and technical roles from marketing strategists and designers to web developers and performance marketers. Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition to offer acceptance for a diverse range of roles within the advertising and marketing industry.
Deep Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape including industry trends key players and emerging skill sets.
Targeted Sourcing & Research: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter industry-specific job boards professional networks and targeted outreach to identify and engage top talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs define job requirements and develop effective search strategies.
Candidate Assessment & Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screenings interviews and assessments to evaluate skills experience cultural fit and potential.
Building Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather market intelligence on compensation trends competitor activity and talent availability. Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Employer Branding: Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key talent communities.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new industries and concepts.
Excellent research analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
A proactive results-oriented and highly motivated approach.
A genuine interest in the brand licensing franchise sales and luxury goods industries.
