This is a remote position.
We are seeking a results-driven and culturally adept HR Lead based in the Philippines to support our US-based operations. This role will be instrumental in driving key people initiatives ensuring compliance with global HR standards and aligning local execution with the strategic direction of the US team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the Philippine HR team and the US site delivering high-impact HR solutions that support talent performance and operational excellence.
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Collaborate with US site leaders to implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
Advise on workforce planning organizational design and succession planning.
Interpret and localize global HR policies for Philippines-based support teams serving US operations.
2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Coordinate with global recruitment teams to attract and onboard talent in the Philippines to support US functions.
Ensure seamless virtual onboarding experiences for remote hires aligned with US expectations.
3. Performance Management and Employee Relations
Support performance review cycles goal setting and development planning across time zones.
Address employee concerns mediate conflicts and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with Philippine labor laws and in alignment with US site culture.
4. HR Operations and Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll coordination benefits administration and timekeeping.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws while adhering to US company policies and procedures.
Lead audits policy updates and internal investigations as required.
5. Culture and Engagement
Champion employee engagement initiatives reflective of US site values but suited to Philippine context.
Drive DEI efforts wellness programs and remote work culture engagement.
6. Learning and Development
Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D teams to deliver programs tailored for Philippines-based staff supporting US operations.
Facilitate cultural alignment sessions and cross-border team effectiveness workshops.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 7 years of progressive HR experience including direct HR business partnering for international or US-based teams.
Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws with exposure to global HR practices.
Experience working in a matrixed or shared services environment is a plus.
Proven ability to manage across cultures and time zones.
