Responsibilities :
- Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process.
- Responsible for staff movement including resignation retirement and termination processing and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
- Ensure that all reports are accurate well-structured and aligned with stakeholder requirements enabling data-driven decision-making.
- To support and conduct employee engagement activities.
- To assist in talent acquisition process - advertising sourcing potential candidates through various platforms arranging interview.
- Assist in handling employees disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required.
- Support the payroll processing as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required
Qualifications :
Job requirements:
- Possess Diploma with experience in related field / Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition from retail industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiar with any HRIS software.
- A team player with proven leadership skills positive service oriented
