Job Description
The Delivery Manager role facilitates Drives product and platform development by planning executing and closing projects in a timely and efficient manner. Working collaboratively with Product Technology and other stakeholders this role manages project scope timelines resources budget and risks to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to apply your PM/BA skills to an area of the roadmap while overseeing other parallel initiatives with the support of technical analysts and a project manager reporting to you. Your fantastic communication skills strong analytical and problem-solving ability and excellent attention to detail will be key to the delivery of Drives roadmap
Qualifications :
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field i.e. Project Management or Business
Proven experience in Project Management with extensive industry experience able to oversee multiple projects/squads.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Proven ability to meet project deadlines managing competing priorities in a calm efficient and effective way
A high level of computer literacy with a strong working knowledge of Project management systems data and reporting
Proven leadership and the ability to influence
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
A proactive can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and produce accurate work across multiple and competing deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
