Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Fiberon Decking brand you will enjoy working with customers of all sizes to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing the relationships with Distributors Dealers and construction professionals. With support of the inside sales and marketing team you will implement promotions programs and processes.

The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience within the millwork and/or building materials industry engaging with distributors dealers lumberyards and/or contractors be extremely autonomous and be available to travel overnight monthly.

This remote position is based in Austin TX or San Antonio TX area with 25% - 30% overnight travel expected. The territory covers Austin San Antonio and the Hill Country Area.

Salary: $81000 - $113000 sales bonus based on territory performance

What you will be doing:


Qualifications :

The Basics:

  • Valid State issued Drivers license
  • 3 outside sales experience within building materials
  • Must live within the core geography
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with any CRM (i.e. HubSpot Salesforce Dynamics etc.)
  • Enjoys public speaking and has ability to demonstrate products and company advantages to groups of all sizes

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Background in decking railing cladding or other millwork products
  • Professional sales training program or certificate
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English


Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $81000 USD - $113000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
