Reporting to the Senior Manager Continuous Assurance the Controls Testing Manager (Manager) will create the testing methodology including the risk assessment and planning assurance activities over critical important controls across the Experian global business. You will focus on assurance activities (including assurance) over resiliency material and critical controls testing with the potential to move into other operational risk domains.
You will develop control testing plans and for communicating upon and monitoring gaps in controls following Experian risk management processes. This will be done in collaboration with other assurance functions across the first second and third lines of defence. You will manage a team of controls testing leads and analysts to ensure efficient use of testing resources across the planned tests collaborating with the analytics team to increase automation of testing wherever possible.
