YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CSR - PLUMBING DISPATCHER
As a full- or part-time CSR - Plumbing Dispatcher you will work on-site. This role requires a flexible schedule including potential weekend availability.
In this position youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient plumbing services. Each day presents a new challenge as you utilize your experience and skills to optimize scheduling and coordinate our team of skilled technicians. Youll take charge of incoming service requests carefully assess priorities and assign jobs to our technicians based on their expertise and availability. With your excellent organizational skills youll maintain accurate records of service calls technician availability and job status ensuring transparency and effective communication with both customers and technicians. Your ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions will be essential in handling unexpected changes or challenges that arise. By efficiently managing our dispatch operations youll play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Dispatch experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
