YOUR ROLE AS A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:
This full- or part-time position requires a flexible schedule including potential weekend availability.

As the orchestrator of our operations youll use your organizational prowess to coordinate and schedule our skilled technicians ensuring they arrive promptly and well-prepared. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues that arise will leave our customers feeling delighted and satisfied. By creating a positive and seamless experience for both customers and team members youll contribute to our mission of providing outstanding plumbing solutions.
All that we ask is that you have the following:
- Dispatch experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
