Job Summary
Job Title: HVAC Dispatcher / Coordinator
About the Job
Were hiring an HVAC Service Dispatcher / Coordinator to manage scheduling and day-to-day communication between our field technicians and customers. This is a critical role that helps keep operations running smoothly ensures accurate project coordination and maintains strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to all client inquiries service calls and after-hours requests
Prioritize incoming service tickets and dispatch field technicians accordingly
Schedule preventive maintenance visits repairs and equipment startups
Act as liaison between the office and assigned field technicians
Order and track job materials
Monitor open work orders and ensure timely resolution and documentation
Prepare weekly technician time reports; verify hours and expenses
Maintain and update dispatch board open call reports and work notes
Follow up on customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate monthly maintenance workload and provide updates
Invoice completed jobs and communicate job status with clients
