Who You Are:
- Fluent in German strong communicator in English
- At least 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google Meta TikTok etc.)
- Intermediate-Advanced level Excel/Sheets expertise
- Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs and digital growth
- Natural problem-solver fast learner and an innovation enthusiast
- Ready for a hybrid work model and if needed excited to relocate to Lisbon
