About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our fast food restaurant. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service driving operational excellence and leading a team to success this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing brand that values work-life balance and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the drive-thru and dining room to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction

  • Hire train and develop team members and managers to uphold company standards

  • Monitor financial performance including labor food costs and overall profitability

  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations

  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards

  • Drive sales promotions and community engagement to grow the business

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast food fast casual or quick-service (QSR) restaurant

  • Experience managing both drive-thru and dining room operations

  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage labor costs inventory and restaurant financials

  • Passion for guest service team development and operational excellence

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
