The HR Specialist must have active technical federal experience with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in staffing and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the human resources field which may include but not be limited to HR Administrative or HR Staffing Assistant.
Must have knowledge in Federal OPM staffing and merit promotion rules and regulations.
Experience in using the USA Staffing system is strongly preferred (will train if needed but we strongly prefer hands-on experience.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities; excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail; and excellent customer service skills.
