A college degree required in HR or a related field is strongly preferred. A minimum of four (4) years of experience providing general HR administrative and staffing support.
Proficiency using the MS Office suite of applications. Excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail.
Must possess and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility in the approach to the delivery of work.
Must be detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills.
Must be able to multi-task effectively and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Must be skilled in the use of common office equipment including but not limited to copy fax and scanning machines
