Job Description
A ServiceNow functional consultant helps clients implement and optimize their ServiceNow environment. They provide technical and functional guidance and work with clients to understand their business needs.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize solutions for Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Ensure CMDB aligns with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) functions
Provide technical and functional guidance
Deliver solutions to improve operational efficiency
Ensure clients get the most out of their ServiceNow investment
Skills and qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM ITOM and CSM
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains and supporting technologies
Strong technical skills including proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows applications and integrations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
