Mission/Positions Headline
As a FC/PM you will wear two critical hats: analysing business needs to define requirements and managing diverse projects from concept to delivery. You will be the key link between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that business goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Areas of Responsibility:
Business Analysis:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform including ITSM Foundation tables Custom Applications or other relevant modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs objectives and challenges.
- Gather analyse and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Overlook data modelling and mapping and related activities
- Ensure compliance to internal data governance and privacy policies
Project Management:
- Plan execute and oversee projects to ensure delivery on time within scope and budget using Agile Sprint Plan
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and manage project changes.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business units technical teams and global IT support teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of goals.
- Provide guidance and training to users during project rollouts and change management initiatives.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in a Functional Consultant or Project Manager role preferably in a hybrid capacity with a focus on ServiceNow /allied technologies
- Exposure to SQL and reporting
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering user stories and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiar with data platforms like Snowflake Snaplogic PowerBi or other comparable tools
- Familiarity with SAP KNIME or Databricks is nice to have
