Job Description
Director / Vice President Debt Syndication in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience in debt syndication fund-raising project finance and structured financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Origination execution and completion of Debt Capital Market Transactions including syndicated debt structured finance acquisition/ bridge finance project finance
- Lead debt syndication transactions including structuring and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks NBFCs and financial institutions.
- Negotiate and close funding agreements with lenders.
- Conduct credit analysis and due diligence.
