Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Daily Coordination: manage scheduling and execution of all logistics warehouse and transport activities.
- Team Supervision: lead and support warehouse staff drivers packers and art handlers.
- Quality & Safety: ensure high standards of safety and handling across all operations.
- Workflow Optimization: identify process improvements and track operational performance metrics.
- Inventory & Tools: oversee stock levels packaging materials and equipment maintenance.
- HR & Team Development
Support recruitment onboarding training and staff performance follow-up.
Your Interfaces
- Internal teams: logistics planners operations assistants art technicians
- External partners: customs brokers transport companies service suppliers
- Clients: museums galleries private collectors architects and interior designers
Requirements
Your Profile
- Proven experience (5 years) in operations logistics or project management
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high-value assets
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong asset)
- Knowledge or interest in the art world is a definite plus
