Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Number of Vacancies: 03
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Location: Coimbatore
Industry: Immigration & Study Abroad (R&D experience preferred)
CTC Range: 4.1 lakhs 5.9 lakhs per annum

Position Summary:

We are seeking ambitious and strategic Business Development Managers to lead growth initiatives in the dynamic Immigration & Study Abroad sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong market insight leadership qualities and the ability to drive high-value client relationships. Preference will be given to those with exposure to research and development (R&D) functions within the immigration consulting or education industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and expansion goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and untapped markets.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring top-notch service delivery and engagement.

  • Mentor guide and monitor performance of the junior BDO (Business Development Officer) team.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to drive data-backed decisions.

  • Actively participate in seminars webinars and client-facing meetings to enhance brand visibility and network.

  • Maintain accurate reporting on lead status conversion metrics and business pipeline forecasts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with counseling operations and marketing teams for seamless execution.
