Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Young & Dynamic MDs daily schedule including meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the MD screening and prioritising communication as necessary.
- Assist in preparing documents presentations and reports for meetings and presentations. Handle routine administrative tasks such as managing emails answering phone calls and maintaining files and records.
- Conduct research and gather information as required to support the MD in decision-making processes.
- Represent the MD in meetings and events when necessary conveying their directives and maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate with 5 years experience or Post Graduate (MBA- Finance/ HR) 3 years experience in similar administrative or business analyst role.
- Good communication skills interpersonal skills handle highly confidential information such as salaries and business data and relate well with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
