Were currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This position supports the sales team by handling administrative duties managing customer communications assisting with vehicle delivery coordination and helping maintain a welcoming dealership environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized detail-oriented and passionate about providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales consultants with customer follow-up test drive preparation and appointment scheduling.
Greet customers in the showroom and direct them to appropriate sales staff.
Prepare sales documentation and ensure accuracy before and after vehicle delivery.
Manage and update customer information in CRM systems and dealership software.
Support online sales inquiries and help maintain vehicle listings and promotional materials.
Coordinate vehicle readiness with service and detail departments.
Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of showroom and lot.
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership CRM software (experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or DealerSocket is a plus).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
