The Medical Education Manager develops and manages the education and clinical support programs for clinicians utilizing the companys products. This individual works with clinicianscross functional partners such as Marketing R&D Engineering Clinical Research and Sales to provide professional educational operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Develops programs content and speaker preparations for clinicians (including physicians APPs and Fellows)
- Manages allocated funds resources logistical and compliance aspects of educational engagements
- Manages expenses for each program type and operates within company policies and procedures
- Analyzes program effectiveness after each program
- Manages resource model development and the automation of resources
- Coordinates Peer to Peer scheduling working closely with KOLs
- Plans and executes CNE program for nurses trains Field and Faculty members
- Ensures audit readiness of HCP training documentations
- Enforces HCP compliance and oversees HCP contracts and payments
- Works in a team environment to provide prompt and effect resolutions to issues and requests
- Acts as a key stakeholder in commercial action planning including but not limited to product and resource launches
- Attends meetings conferences and exhibitions as required to promote products and services
- Supports professional education needs by presenting them to clinicians and/or serving as a medical liaison at workshops
- Provides cross functional partnership with Field members to assess adoption to therapy and train to treat
- Maintains high standards of personal presentation and promotes a professional and personable company image
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device experience preferably within the neuromodulation space
- Minimum of 3 years of experience strategizing planning and executing medical educational programs specific to adoption to therapy/train to treat
- Bachelors degree or RN experience with relevant work experience
- Documented success in development and management of operational excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Salesforce HubSpot CVENT or other CRM platforms
- Fosters a growth mindset that understands needs change and can be agile with responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills verbally and written
- Ability to communicate and articulate complex clinical information
- Ability to meet the required travel of up to 40%
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
