You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe goal of the BJHS Leadership Team is to focus our school practices procedures and systems on what is best for students. The leadership team will meet weekly establish a shared vision determine school priorities develop and implement building and district initiatives and problem solve barriers to best practices. Members of this team are also responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of collaboration positivity and collective efficacy. All members of the leadership team are considered instructional leaders within the school community.
