Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 $23.00 Plus Performance Bonus
Location: 1200 Aviation Ave Dieppe NB E1A 9A3
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class customer experience welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
- Verify warranty and service coverage ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
- Develop accurate service estimates communicating costs for parts labor and materials.
- Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms necessary services and technician recommendations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships keep the customer in the know every step of the way!
- Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.
What You Bring
- Previous Service Experience A minimum of 1 year in a customer focused role required.
- Professional & Friendly Approach A customer-first mindset with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong Communication Skills You create trust and long-term relationships effortlessly.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized You efficiently manage service details schedules and follow-ups.
- Valid Drivers License With an acceptable drivers abstract.
