Whats the role
Youll be at the forefront of supporting one of Australias most diverse and fast-growing regions. As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Darwin youll manage a diversified portfolio of commercial clients. Youll work with businesses with lending needs from $3M to $50M delivering tailored financial solutions and strategic insights to help them grow and succeed.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the Northern Territorys economic development backed by a collaborative and high-performing Commercial Banking team.

What do I need
- Commercial Banking Expertise: Strong understanding of diversified industries and business banking needs.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Credit Skills: Proficient in cashflow lending balance sheet analysis and complex deal structuring.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios.
- Local Insight: A well-established network and understanding of the Northern Territory business landscape.
