We are looking for a disciplined detail-oriented Compliance Manager with 10years of proven experience in enforcing checklists ensuring daily task completion and holding team members accountable. This role requires a person who thrives on structure follows processes without compromise and can escalate issues promptly when standards are not met.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all departments follow their pre-defined checklists and SOPs on time and with accuracy.
Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to verify task completion.
Identify delays gaps or incomplete work address minor issues immediately and escalate major ones to management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly compliance and performance reports.
Maintain fairness and consistency no favoritism no bias.
Keep all follow-ups and escalations documented for transparency.
Requirements:
Minimum 10years incompliance or quality control role preferably in retail manufacturing or service industries.
Strong ability to get work done through others not just doing tasks personally.
Excellent follow-up and record-keeping habits.
Strong conflict-handling ability comfortable giving warnings or corrective feedback.
High personal discipline and time management.
Work Style:

System-driven not people-dependent.
