Customer Relationship Intern

Were looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Services of Engagement (SEN) team supporting our growing network of over 125000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their EcoVadis subscription. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be able to develop skills in different areas during the course of their internship with us.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
• Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring
• Support the team with the creation maintenance and optimization of workflows in HubSpot
• Contribute to the creation update and improvement of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
• Contribute to the creation maintenance and updates of the teams internal website
• Help and support developing new processes or suggest ideas to improve the existing
• Maintenance of knowledge management content and systems (in close collaboration with Enablement Team)
• Other duties as necessary to support other teams within and outside the BU such as Network Growth Customer Success for example

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in customer care or another customer facing role required
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) - other language is a strong plus
• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
• Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot strongly appreciated
