The opportunity

Join our high-performing Workers Compensation Claims team in Canberra and take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of personal injury claims. Were looking for a decisive and driven professional who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment and is ready to make an impact.

Your new role

As a Case Manager youll take charge of managing complex claims with confidence and precision. Youll apply your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver outcomes that support injured individuals in returning to work. This role demands initiative resilience and the ability to navigate competing priorities with ease.
The QBE Case Management model involves guiding and providing support to people throughout their recovery liaising with essential external stakeholders in the claim such as doctors treatment providers and solicitors to help support the injured person through the claims process while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities include:

You are self-motivated with a keen attention to detail capable of maintaining high standards during times of change and resilient when facing challenges. Ideally you will have experience within the insurance industry (managing claims or personal injury management) or you may have a background in health or have experience in a similar environment.
