Location: Northern Austin TX


We are a full-service auto-repair shop dedicated to serving the local and surrounding Northern Austin communities. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody our values maintain high standards and lead our team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the auto-repair shop operations.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

- Sell repair services to clients ensuring customer satisfaction and helping the shop achieve its sales goals.

- Uphold the shops values and standards serving as a role model for all team members.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements
  • Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty transparency and outstanding work.
  • MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years Automotive Service Center Management experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Managers responsibilities.
  • Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
  • Strong customer service and management skills.
  • MUST HAVE 1 or more years experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
